In person this ring has a lovely display of rich green tones and a lighter green brilliance around the edges. The Emerald weighs 2.41 ct. It has some inclusion like all emerald do but its so rich in color its truly a beautiful stone. The sides stones are two trillion cut Diamonds. Total Diamond weight is .60 ct. The diamonds are Vs2 clarity and G color. The knife edge band is created in platinum. The basket that holds the Emerald is 14k white gold. I made the basket in white gold for strength and to protect the emerald. When I set a stone in a 4 prong setting, white gold is very strong to hold its shape and not move.
